2.3. Instructional design
One of the main competencies of a trainer is to decide on the right instructional model for the target group, the content of the training, the resources available. For a professional performance it is always of benefit to be able to argue conclusively the chosen method. Because of this you will find below chosen didactic approaches, the associated didactic principle as well as the methodological implementation.
So, first of all, consult the internet and have a look how “ADDIE†is related to the keywords “instructional design†and learning (internet access is required for this activity).
Secondly, have a look at the handout “instructional designâ€.
